Vodavi Infinity
From any 24-button display phone:
1. Key in the system mode by keying in **3226 from any 24-button display phone.
2. Enter FLASH and call  11
3. The phone should show:
DATE & TIME
MM/DD/YY        HH:MM am
4. Choose phone format by entering the appropriate key in the flexible key field.
5. Enter the HOLD key or call in the time and date as follows (12 digits): YY MM DD HH MM SS
6. YY = Year (00-99)
7. YY = Year (00-99)
8. MM = Month (01-12)
9. DD = Day (01-31)
10. HH = Hour (00-23)
11. MM = Minute (00-59)
12. Press HOLD to save. A confirmation tone plays and the display updates.

1. Attendant station may set program time and date.
2. Call [692]
3. Key in the date and time as follows: YY MM DD HH MM
4. YY = Year (00-99)
5. MM = Month (01-12)
6. DD = Day (01-31)
7. HH = Hour (00-23)
8. MM = Minute (00-59)
9. When the correct number of digits are entered, a confirmation tone sounds.

System Time/Date must be set by the first programmed Attendant via admin programming or using feature code 692.

To set using the feature code:

1. Call [692] on the callpad. There will be a sound to notify
2. Press the date and time as follows: YYMMDDHHMM
3. YY = Year (00-99)
4. MM = Month (01-12)
5. DD = Day (01-31)
6. HH = Hour (00-23)
7. MM = Minute (00-59)
8. When the correct number of digits are entered, a confirmation tone will sound.
9. Press the ON/OFF button to OFF to update the display.

1.- The phone has the lowest ext follow these steps,
2.- Enter the speaker button
3.- Call 728
4.- Call two numbers for the hour (24 hour clock system 13=1pm)
5.- Call two numbers for the minutes (00-59)
6.- Key in the speaker key again to exit this menu.
IPS2000 must be done by field techs only

Date
  • On the receptionist station, not picking up the handset, press “Intercom”
  • Call “#651”
  • Call the time in YY:MM:DD format.
  • Enter “Redial” or “#”.
  • Enter speaker.
Time
  • On the receptionist station not picking up the handset, press “Intercom”
  • Call  “#652”
  • Call the time in military format HH:MM:SS.
  • Enter “Redial” or “#”.
  • Enter speaker.
Day of the Week
  • On the receptionist station not picking up the handset, press “Intercom”
  • Call “#653”
  • Call the day of the week (1-7).
  • Enter “Redial” or “#”.
  • Enter speaker.
Toshiba Perception System – from attendant station

Follow all steps even if you wish to change only the time on your system.

Display Date:
  • Call the “DIS TOD” Button
  • The date is now displayed as follows:
    SRC     cos DEST
    Month Day Year
Set Date:

Enter the date on the dial pad in MMDDYY format. The new date is displayed.

Display Time:

  • Call the “DIS TOD” button again.
  • The time is now displayed as follows:
    SRC       cos       DEST
    Hours Minutes Seconds
Set Time:
Enter the time in military time HHMMSS format (for example, 090105 for 9:01 am and 5 seconds and 210105 for 9:01pm and 5 seconds). The new time is displayed.
To Start the Clock and Clear Display:

Press the “DIS TOD” key a third time.

Don’t Pick Up The Receiver
– Enter the Hold Button #’s: * 1 * 2 * 3 *
– The phone says Password =
– Enter 0 0 0 0
– Enter the HOLD key
– Phone says Prog =
– Press 9 0 2
– Press HOLD
– Phone says Select Param

To change Date:
– Enter Intercom Button
– Key in the Date: YY MM DD (YY=02, MM=10, DD=28)
– Enter the HOLD key
– Enter the HOLD button
– Pick up the handset and return to cradle
To change Time:
– Enter Line 1 key (key directly above intercom button)
– Enter Time: HH MM SS (HH=22 MM=03 SS=00) – military time must be used
– Enter HOLD
– Enter HOLD
– Pick up handset return to cradle

Leave the handset on the display, press the intercom # 6 5 2, then enter the time of a 24 hour clock, entering 2 numbers for the hour, 2 numbers for the minutes, and 2 numbers for the seconds – enter a leading 0 for any single digit entered, enter Redial, press Speaker.
This must be done at extension 200 –mostly for receptionist. For example, if the time is 2:15 P.M., press intercom # 6 5 2, 1 4 1 5 0 0, Redial Speaker.
